Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased from LB Supplies you can return them within 30 days of purchase as long as they are unused and in their original condition and packaging. Before returning a product to us please call us on 01623 624500 to inform us of the returning items. In some case we may be able to provide a alternative solution without the hassle of returning bulky items. If you’re still not satisfied, please download the return form found at the top of the page and include it with the returning items.

Return Options

If the good you have received are damaged, incorrect or missing please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery so that we may carry out our claims procedure with the couriers.

In instances where the fault lies with LB Supplies, we will arrange with our couriers for the item/s to be collected brought back to our premises where we will then replace or refund the item/s.

If the items were ordered in error and we’re not at fault then the customer must arrange delivery of the items back to us. We recommend using a tracked and insured service to mitigate any further losses. When returning an item please ensure all original items are present and the item is unopened and unused. You may also bring your items back to us yourself using the same return address. Our opening times are 08:00-16:00 Monday to Friday, please call and let us know before bringing the items back to make sure someone is available.

Refunding Items

Once we′ve received your unused products, we will refund you the total amount for the item/s returned, excluding any delivery costs. This amount will be issued back to card used on the original order and usually takes up to 5 working days to process. You should receive an email once the refund has been initiated.

Restocking charges

Some of our products will include a restocking charge, this will be outlined on the product’s page on this website so be sure to check this before purchasing.

Bespoke Products

Products that are made to size / order are not eligible to be returned due to their one of a kind nature. When ordering a bespoke product you will be asked to sign off on the size and specification. After this point your product goes into production and you product will be manufactured to your specification.
