We aim to deliver all of our products in a timely manner and in most cases we’re able to get them to you the next working day. However, some products do take longer, this can be for a number of reasons.
Some of the brands that we supply ship to the customer directly and have their own delivery times which are outline below. Non standard size products can take a little longer depending on the manufacture and their stock levels. And, some products are bespoke and made to order where they will go through the whole manufacturing process from the time the order is places. We aim to provide as much information as possible about a products and their lead times on our website. If you require an exact time please call us 01623 624500.
Almost all of our products can be delivered by courier. For medium to large items we use DX, for small items we use Royal Mail and for large quantity orders are delivered on a pallet using Mitchell’s next day service. All items that cannot be posted will be delivered kerbside only by the courier.
Not all of our products are stocked at our premises, some will come direct from the manufacture with their own lead time and delivery fees. The following information should be read carefully and is there for the customer to understand our delivery process.

Most of the products we sell are stocked at either our Mansfield or Wales branch and can be ordered on the website for collection. The lists below show where our stock is located so you can plan your collection ahead of ordering.
Some brands are not stocked on site but can be ordered to our warehouse for you to collect. In some cases we will still incur a delivery charge which will be payable by the customer. These brands can only be ordered to our Mansfield branch and are also outlined below.
Please contact us or wait to be contacted before collecting your order. Our system will assign your order to the nearest branch and email you when your item is ready to collect.

Any order that consists of a large quantity of heavy and/or fragile products will be delivered on a pallet. By delivering on a pallet we can minimise the risk of loss and damage during transit. All of the manufacturers will use pallet deliveries for similar reasons and in all most cases the delivery driver will drop the pallet at the kerb side for you. For extremely large deliveries you will be contacted to arrange suitable assistance at the time of delivery. Failure to adhere to the health and safety of everyone unloading, will result in a failed delivery and additional charges will be incurred.
Bespoke and large products such as flat roof skylights, roof lanterns and doors have varying lead times depending on the demand with the manufacturer. We will monitor these changes and update our information as accurately as possible. Please call us if you would like to check the lead time of a specific product.
When an order has items from two or more brands we aim to send them all out so that they arrive together. This is usually with the item that would arrive last with the customer. We will always call the customer to confirm this with them.
For example, if you order a Velux window and an Aurora window you will receive all of your order with the item with the longest lead time (see above). In this example it would be 3-5 working days because the Velux window has the longer lead time.
Due to the size and weight of composite products our delivery method can vary depending on the location of where it is being delivered. We will contact you to arrange a suitable time and place to deliver your composite products once we have received your order, please note all deliveries will be kerb side only.
