All Arena Premium Composite products have a 10 year manufacturers guarantee as standard.

• Whilst we ensure each order is from the same manufacturing batch, orders placed at different times may result in a different batch colour variation.
• On delivery, ensure all boards are stacked neatly and keep them flat and on a level surface to avoid bowing.
• Do not drag the boards on rough surfaces or across other boards to avoid damage.
• Cover all boards to protect the external boards from weathering / UV fade.,
• Do not leave boards uncovered.
• Arena Premium Composite Decking Boards have wood fibres exposed to weathering and light. They will undergo a natural weathering process and the colour of the grained side will become lighter. For decking, the reverse (grooved) side gives an indication of what the colour will become.
• Be sure to move furniture regularly in the initial months, to allow for an even weathering.
• The most effective way to clean composite cladding is to wash it gently twice a year, ideally in spring and autumn, using warm, soapy water and a soft-bristle brush or sponge to remove dirt and debris. Finish by rinsing thoroughly with clean water. Avoid using harsh chemicals, wire brushes, or high-pressure washers, as these can damage the surface.
