Substantial growth sees two new appointments at roof windows supplier

Following strong sales in the first half of the year, a roof window supplier has welcomed two new team members.

LB Roof Windows has strengthened its sales team with the addition of Karen Overton and Ana Pilling. They’ve joined shortly after the roof window supplier has announced a 30 per cent increase over the first six months.

Their roles include ensuring enquiries are dealt with quickly and effectively and supporting all aspects of customer service.

Adrian Cooper of LB Roof Windows said: “Our recently reported growth is an ongoing trend, so it was of paramount importance to prepare ourselves for further sales increase. Karen and Ana are valuable assets to the business and their experience allowed them to hit the ground running.

“With the summer ending, we expect a further rise in sales. Home-owners are now getting ready for the winter by finally changing those inefficient roof windows and skylights, and we’re prepared to help our customers take advantage of this opportunity.”

Karen, who has been appointed as sales manager, has over 15 years’ experience in the industry. She commented: “Ana and I have a vast experience in sales and customer service and these are areas we both enjoy, so we’re delighted to take up this new challenge.”

The two new additions are making sure the sales increase is managed productively, with clients benefiting from the same high level of service and attention they’ve come to expect from the roof window supplier.
