What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges may vary depending on your location.

For Roof Windows & Accessories, next working day delivery to mainland UK is £15 + VAT, and delivery is free if the order exceeds £200.00 exc. VAT.

For small items under 5kg, next working day delivery to Mainland UK is £7.00 + VAT.

For Canopies & Carports, delivery to Mainland UK is £45.00 + VAT.

For all products excluding Canopies & Carports and products with extended lead times, delivery before noon to mainland UK is £35.00 + VAT.

For Roof Windows & Accessories, deliveries to Offshore Islands (excluding Jersey & Guernsey), such as Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Scottish Highlands will incur an additional delivery charge. Please contact our sales team for more information.

For Roof Windows & Accessories, deliveries to Northern Ireland, will incur an additional charge. Please contact our sales team for more information.

Certain areas of Northern Scotland will also be subject to an additional delivery charge. If you are unsure as to whether your order will incur an additional delivery charge, please call our sales office on 01623 624500.

Products such as Canopies, Roof Lanterns, Roof Domes and certain Flat Roof Skylights are not available for delivery to Northern Ireland and Offshore Islands.

Please allow approximately 2-5 working days for deliveries to Northern Scotland, Offshore Islands and Northern Ireland.
