Velux Top Hung Roof Window with Pine Finish 

The Velux GPL Top-Hung Roof Window is manufactured in a high quality natural pine finish. It is suitable for installation into roof pitches between 15° and 55°. For installations between 55° and 75° special springs will be required. Not advised for high level (out of reach) installation. The bottom edge of the window should be placed approx. 0.90 – 1.20m above the floor for ease of opertion. Due to the unrestricted opening area, a larger selection of roof windows are suitable for fire escape purposes.

Product features: 

• High quality natural pinewood coated with impregnation and layers of water-based acrylic clear lacquer.
• The sash can remain open in any position up to an angle of 45°.
• Bottom handle for convenient operation.
• Ventilation flap and integrated dust and insect filter.
• Maintenance-free exterior covers.
• Can be installed in roof pitches between 15° and 55°.
• Installation in roof pitches from 55° up to 75° is possible, but specially manufactured springs must be ordered.
• All sizes above 55 x 118 cm are suitable for emergency escape requirements.

Materials:

• High quality natural pinewood coated with impregnation and layers of water-based acrylic clear lacquer
• Insulating glazing unit
• Maintenance-free exterior covers in lacquered aluminium, copper or zinc
   

Maintenance:
The pane should be cleaned with a soft, clean, lint-free or non-abrasive sponge. The rest of the window can be cleaned with with ordinary household cleaners. The filter can be removed and either washed or replaced.

Laminated Inner Glazing - 70 Pane 
The 70 Pane has a laminated inner pane and a toughened outer pane designed for safety.
