The new Velux Studio roof window consists of a 3-in-1 configuration that will not only become a natural focal point of your home, but it will provide an unmatched flow of natural daylight without the use of combination flashings.

As all 3 roof windows are constructed into one frame, the installation process is much easier in comparison to those that require 3 seperate roof windows and either 3 seperate flashings or a triple combination flashing and is more cost effective.

The extra slim profiles and white painted finish of this design not only contribute to an aesthetically pleasing and moden appearance, but you will benefit from increased ventilation and amazing views.

The Velux Studio consists of two centre pivot sashes either side of a fixed pane, each available in either double glazed or triple glazed to suit any project. This roof window is also compatible with Velux INTEGRA Solar Powered Conversion Kits which can be retro-fitted at any time.

You also have the choice between the following flashing kits:

Tile Flashing (up to 120 mm profile thickness)
Slate Flashing (up to 8 mm profile thickness)

Top control bar for easy operation even with furniture under the window.
Ventilation flap and integrated dust and insect filter.

Can be installed in roof pitches between 15° and 90°.

Maintenance:
The pane should be cleaned with a soft, clean, lint-free cloth or non-abrasive sponge. The rest of the window can be cleaned with ordinary household cleaners. The filter can be removed and either washed or replaced.

Glazing Options
All Velux Roof Windows are available with different glazing options as follows:

Laminated Inner Glazing - 70 Pane
The 70 Pane has a laminated inner pane and a toughened outer pane designed for safety.

Triple Glazing - 66 Pane
The 66 Pane has a triple glazed unit that offers an excellent level of thermal insulation. It also has an easy-to-clean and anti-dew coating.

For Roof Windows and Flashing, Velux offer a 10 year guarantee as standard.
