Dakea Better View High Pivot Roof Window White Painted Finish

The high pivot construction of the Dakea Better View means you can enjoy better panoramic views compared to centre pivot roof windows and with a white painted finish, you can now enjoy a modern look. It also makes opening, closing and adjusting the window easier.

The window's excellent glazing consists of a laminated internal pane and a toughened external pane to ensure safety. It also has a double, low emission coating that reflects heat - Thermostat - and provides outstanding energy-conserving performance.

The solid wooden frame has two layers of varnish along with a water-based white paint, a ventilation valve and a handle with two additional locking positions. It all adds up to flexible ventilation control and improved comfort.

Dakea Better View also meets the requirement for means of escape from the size 78 x 98 cm.

The Dakea Better View is covered by a 20 year guarantee.

NOT INCLUDED: Underfelt Foil Collar (RUC). The RUC is a pre-cut underfelt foil collar that is installed along with the window to ensure 100% water tightness. (Strongly advised as Installations without a RUC may void any guarantee at the manufacturers descretion)

NOT INCLUDED: Insulation Foam Collar (IFC). The IFC is a self-adhesive insulating foam collar that is installed along with the window to reduce the heat loss around the window frame. (Optional add-on)
