Velux Centre Pivot Roof Window White Painted Finish

The original Velux roof window, the centre-pivot roof window, has been tried and tested for many years and is recognised as a classic and versatile design manufactured in high quality natural pine with a white painted finish to suit modern interiors. This roof window is suitable for installation into roof pitches between 15° and 90°. 

For easy operation it is recommended to place the top frame of the window 1.85-2.20m above the floor. VELUX recommend that all roof windows including solar or electrically operated roof windows are installed with a laminated pane for instances above 2.20m. The Velux centre-pivot roof windows offer excellent quality, versatility and value for money, and it features a top control bar for manual operation and can rotate 180°.

All Velux roof windows that have a white painted finish are painted before assembly for a flawless finish and outstanding durability, and requires lower maintenance than pine finish roof windows. An anti-fungal treatment is applied to ensure longetivity of the wood.

Maintenance:
The pane should be cleaned with a soft, clean, lint-free cloth or non-abrasive sponge. The rest of the window can be cleaned with ordinary household cleaners. The filter can be removed and either washed or replaced.

Glazing Options
All Velux Roof Windows are available with different glazing options as follows:

Laminated Inner Glazing - 70 Pane 
The 70 Pane has a laminated inner pane and a toughened outer pane designed for safety. 

NEW - Enhanced Thermal Efficiency - 68 Pane
The 68 pane is a cost effective triple glazed unit that offers the same features as the 70 pane, but with enhanced thermal efficiency.

Triple Glazing - 66 Pane
The 66 Pane has a triple glazed unit that offers an excellent level of thermal insulation. It also has an easy-to-clean and anti-dew coating.

Noise Reduction Glazing - 62 Pane
The 62 Pane has a triple glazed unit that offers an excellent level of sound reduction, thermal insulation and anti-dew coating.

Greater Security Glazing - 70Q Pane
The 70Q Pane has a double glazed unit that provides enhanced security. Windows with this glazing also feature additional locks.
