Aurora Centre Pivot Roof Window Pine Finish + Flashing Kit

This Aurora Roof Window is suitable for all applications in both domestic and commercial buildings. It can be installed on a variety of roof applications with a pitch range between 15° - 90° degrees and on common roofing materials with 0-50mm thickness using the Universal Flashing Kit or 16-120mm with the new Large Tile Flashing Kit. It is advised to use an Underfelt Foil Collar to achieve a complete sound installation.

Please Note:The absence of an Underfelt Foil Collar or preferred roofing membrane can increase the risk of leaks and void the manufacturer's guarantee.

All Aurora Roof Windows are environmentally friendly, they are made from FSC certified wood. The pane has a Low-E heat reflection coating, which will give extra heat insulation. This guarantees reduced heat loss in the winter and limits overheating in the summer plus they are extremely easy to install and has a full installation guie included in the box.

Please Note: We advise that the size 114 x 112 cm should not be installed in roof pitches lower than 25 degrees.
