PoliCarb 4mm Clear Twinwall Polycarbonate Sheet
The innovative twinwall structure of this polycarbonate sheet ensures air space which guarantees excellent thermal insulation and resistance to crash stress. With a coating and UV protection on the external face of the PoliCarb, you can rest assured that your polycarbonate will resist aging from atmospheric agents and UV rays.
Whilst PoliCarb sheets can be used for a number of solutions, the 4mm Twinwall Polycarbonate Sheet is best suited for greenhouses.
A wide range of multi-wall polycarbonate sheets have been developed to meet the demands of vaious market sectors, thanks to technological innovation and extensive research into raw materials and new methods of achieving UV protection.
An extensive range of colours are available for the PoliCarb 4mm Twinwall Polycarbonate Sheet which includes clear, opal and bronze. Each colour has specific high-resistance pigments added to the material to achieve different light transmission values.
Our PoliCarb sheets are available in an extensive range of widths and lengths suitable for various applications.
Features:
PoliCarb sheets must be fastened to the respective structure using specific washers. The washers required will also have a seal, which will ensure a watertight finish. This also allows the material to fluctuate due to change in temperatures.
Up to 10mm thick PoliCarb sheets can be supplied welded at their ends. This technique is used to ensure cleanliness on the inside of the cells over time, which contributes to better transparency.
