The Oman Polar Deluxe Folding Loft Ladder & Insulated Hatch has been designed with innovation in mind. The loft ladders feature a unique special mechanism with the spring being fastened to the box. This enables the ladder to operate smoothly and guarantees a safe and comfortable use.
Unlike other loft ladders in the market, all of our Oman loft ladders are delivered completely assembled. This ensures the correct assembly of the components and provides a fast and simple installation.
Our 3-section wooden ladders are supplied with a handrail and protective feet, so you can be sure that entering and exiting your loft is a safe task. Not only is this loft ladder safe to use, but with its U-value of 0.36 W/m²K, you could also make savings on your energy bills.
By choosing our Oman loft ladders, you choose a more convenient entrance to the attic. The soft close option supplied with the Oman loft ladders is a patented and innovative locking system that will click into place and the hatch will be safely closed.
Please Note: The sizes available on this product are the external box dimensions. When installing your loft ladder and hatch solution we recommend the opening be 2cm larger in both directions.
