The Oman Long Extra Loft Ladder and Hatch kit is a complete loft access solution. A 4 section ladder including hand rail to increase safety. To ease lifting and lowering of the ladder the kit has a concealed spring to partially relieve the weight of the ladder. The final section of the ladder can be shortened to the required length by cutting.
The 46mm thick sealed hatch ensures savings on energy costs as it reduces heat loss through the loft opening. The hatch has a heat transfer coefficiency of 0.85 W/m2k.
Please Note: The sizes available on this product are the external box dimensions. When installing your loft ladder and hatch solution we recommend the opening be 2cm larger in both directions.
