Designed with innovation in mind, Velux have partnered with smart-tech company NETATMO to produce the brand new ground-breaking Velux Active Home Kit, which works together with your Velux INTEGRA electric or solar powered roof windows, blinds and shutters, adjusting them automatically so your family enjoys a healthier indoor climate.

Sensor Based Ventilation

The smart sensors supplied in the Velux Active Home Kit continuously monitor temperature, humidity and CO2 levels, allowing the kit to intuitively open and close your Velux INTEGRA products.

Safe & Secure

Safety is another key factor of this kit. Tap the departure switch on your way out of your home, and this will close your Velux INTEGRA products. This will leave them in the secured ventilation position, allowing you to ventilate your room whilst giving you real peace of mind.

Have better control than ever before with the Velux Active app, which enables you to operate your Velux INTEGRA products yourself from anywhere in the world right on your smartphone.

'Hey Siri, Open My Roof Window'

Apple HomeKit compatibility lets you use voice control to operate your Velux INTEGRA products for complete convenience. Simply tell Siri to open your roof window or create the perfect mood for a cosy night at home.

Easy Installation

Designed to be installed quickly and easily by homeowners. If you already have Velux INTEGRA products, the Velux Active Home Kit is supplied with everything you need to install the system yourself.

Daily Ventilation

Proactively ensures that the room is ventilated at least three times a day, contributing to a fresher, healthier indoor climate.

Smart Heat Protection

Based on local weather forecast information, your Velux Home Active Kit can close integrated roller shutters and awning blinds to prevent overheating of the room.

The Velux Home Active Kit includes the following:

• Velux Active Indoor Climate Sensor
• Velux Active Departure Switch
• Velux Active Gateway

The Velux Active Departure Switch can be purchased seperately, should you require more than one. It is recommended to install one departure switch for each exit from your home. Simply tap the departure switch on your way out to close your Velux INTEGRA roof windows. You can secure ventilation through the ventilation flap, which will remain active.

The Velux Active Indoor Climate Sensor can also be purchased seperately, should you require more than one. It is recommended to install one indoor climate sensor for each room with at least one Velux INTEGRA product. Simply use the switch on the sensor to open and close your Velux INTEGRA roof windows.

The Velux Active Gateway is one of the most important components for this set-up. The gateway connects your Velux INTEGRA products, indoor climate sensors and departure switches. It also allows you to connect to the internet via your Wi-Fi router to enable operation of your Velux INTEGRA products from your smartphone. You will only require one gateway for each house or apartment.

In order to fully operate your Velux Home Active Kit, you will require the smartphone app. You can can download your Velux ACTIVE app through Google Play or Apple Store.
